But my wood stove for heating (with windows and an integrated boiler for central heating) will be in the kitchen and will come in handy for soups and stews. I love the copper pans (see the <a href="http://mandarinelechat.free.fr/weblog/index.php/panrack-0103/" rel="nofollow">PanRack 0.103</a> post), but I will probably not bother with keeping shiny. Copper oxide is only mildly toxic (benign bowel discomfort at very high doses) compared to tefal coatings. Stove 2.0 will probably not be an Aga.
