Red cabbage? Mandarine, you can't fool me. That is a photograph of the inside plumage of an aerophant's wing, magnified 25 times.

Cabbage can survive for weeks in the fridge, if not too tightly packed (I know because I recently salvaged a one-month-old cabbage by simply removing the outer leaves). Bon appétit!

I didn't know what it was but I thought "didn't I buy red cabbage about a week ago?" I doubt that it now looks like that. Need to go check the fridge.

Well, you know me, into the subliminal (what was red cabbage hiding?). Good for Charlotte! Polaris, I saw an elephant, too, but then figured Mandarine probably doesn't get too many elephants stomping through his garden

That Charlotte is sharp! I would never have guessed that this was a red cabbage. It is amazing how the red cabbage shows a fractal-like pattern from the outer layers to the inner ones.

Oh, to think that I saw an elephant in there. Talk about being tricked by an aerophantic reference :-).

And we have a winner! Unfortunately for Emily, there was a crumpled blanket, but underneath the object. I was indeed preparing red cabbage for a mixed salad with lettuce and parmigiano, shalotts and olive oil, and the delicate pattern struck me as very graphic and deserving a picture.
