		<description>In the corner, it's pickled cucumber. I love slow-roasted tomatoes. I have had to look up baba ganoush (caviar d'aubergines) and focaccio (fougasse), and now I know that's what I'll be eating soon. And I'll keep my appetite in check for just a couple of minutes to take a picture.</description>

		<description>Wow, that looks excellent.  Is that garlic in the corners?   Looks wonderful.  I feel like upping the ante and posting the picture I took of the fresh tomato/fresh mozzarella/fresh basil plate we had a few nights ago.   We had babaganoush and slow roasted tomatoes with focaccio for dinner tonight.  That was pretty good too, but there's none less to take pictures of!</description>
