Mandarine on Monday
September 10th, 2007Over at Aerophant, Tai has established a very sound rule: a picture of Puck every friday. As a regular copycat, I am going to follow the same weekly rule, and start a regular feature entitled Mandarine on Monday. Here comes the first installment.

Call for volunteers: there are five other days of the week left for other cat bloggers.
M: What an ideal image for Mandarine’s Monday maiden voyage. Looking forward to subsequent installments.
Have you found a way to capture and transfer the heat buildup from the feline solar cell?
Yes I have. All I have to do is sit down, call ‘viens mandarine’, and the heat buildup transfers to my lap via a 15′ charge cycle before I am too hot or the cat is discharged and jumps away. The only drawbacks of the system are the very loud low frequency noise (sounds like a 12V-50Hz voltage transformer) and the static electricity.
Clever! I will have to try this method with Puck. With enough photovoltaicats in operation, we may be able to produce enough direct current to power a can opener.
One of these days, I will have a cat and will learn the ins and outs of digital photography and will choose a day.
Welcome to the club. You can book your day right now if you want.
I have no cat but I totally relate… as I am a kind of lazy red-hair girl myself. I’m looking forward to my next nap in the sun (this weekend if the weather allows)!
Why wait till this week-end?
