Cider season
October 22nd, 2006My neighbor’s cider press after a busy day pressing 200 litres of apple juice (from my sister-in-law’s orchard).

Once month later, the cider is ready — passable as cider in general, fabulous as my first cider in particular. I’ll raise my glass to bloggers, readers, and cider-drinkers !
Beeeyoutifulll. Lovely. I really like that copper pot. And the cider will be so good, I can tell.
It looks very juicy! and the photo seems taken from a country magazine!
I’ll save a bottle for you, pippo, for next time you come over.
That really feels like autumn!
Thank you mandarine! I’m impatient to taste it with a galette as u do … why not with a home made ‘creme de marron’? could this be another idea?
