Cider season

Once month later, the cider is ready — passable as cider in general, fabulous as my first cider in particular. I’ll raise my glass to bloggers, readers, and cider-drinkers !

    Thank you mandarine! I’m impatient to taste it with a galette as u do … why not with a home made ‘creme de marron’? could this be another idea?
